Blain Ogea, Chief Operations Officer

Our specialty has always been serving the semi-conductor equipment industry, however with our commitment to customer satisfaction, many new customers within a diversification of industries has presented us with new opportunities.

Operating since 1984, we will continue to grow with our customers by providing QUALITY precision machining & sheet metal fabrication as required.

Our engineering department features an uncommon amount of programming stations allowing for a significant number of part numbers to be processed through the engineering and planning segment of the manufacturing process. We utilize state-of-the-art business control software to measure and report on the use allocated and reserved capacity.

The mainstay objective of our quality management system is to continually improve our overall performance. Through a series of interrelated processes such as closed-loop corrective action, internal audits, and management review, Paradigm succeeds in achieving our goals of satisfying our customers totally. Our quality management system encourages the involvement of all employees and their talents as we utilize the team approach to continuous improvement activities such as cycle time improvement projects, 5S projects, and data collection / analysis.

Owner Daniel Chew’s general philosophy of customer satisfaction emphasizes Paradigm’s ability to supply its patrons with quick-turn products and adheres to the belief that every project is important, no matter how large or how small.
